Who I work for

I have led projects in fintech, in a games studio, in agencies and in B2B software. Sometimes a single product, sometimes several engagements at once.

In a product company I work close to the people who own the product, and much of the job is prioritisation: deciding what will not get built right now. Agency work is different. It is about making sure the client and the team understand each other, that capacity and budget add up, and that a project does not fall apart when someone changes it halfway through. Some of my projects were international, with teams in different time zones. That taught me how much of every agreement needs to be written down so it still holds for a colleague whose working day starts as mine ends. In agencies I also improved internal processes alongside the projects themselves, because recurring confusion inside a company costs more than one late release.

At Etnetera Core I now lead long-term projects for a bank, a telecoms operator and a large e-shop. Every change there has an owner, a review and a deadline, several suppliers work on one backlog, and the team is half ours and half the client's. My job is to keep the whole thing together, even when plans change midway.
