What I do

My work rests on three things, and I do all three every day on live projects.

I run projects from the brief through to operations, often in regulated environments where every release has to pass a security and compliance review on the client's side.

I also handle the commercial side: estimates, offers, purchase orders, milestones and billing. A project that does not have its money under control does not have anything under control.

And I bring AI into project management. I work with agents myself, I set rules in teams for what an agent may do on its own and where a person has to decide, and I measure with clients how much AI has actually saved in development.
