I am a project manager. I started in customer care at a fintech, then went on to lead international projects, game development and agency work. Today I am an AI-native Project Manager at Etnetera Core, responsible for long-term projects for a bank, a telecoms operator and a large e-shop.

At Twisto I went from customer care to International Project & Product Manager in four years. I led international projects and was responsible for delivering them on time and to a high standard. At GAMEE I brought together game design, development and marketing: I planned sprints, managed the backlog and saw games through testing, release and beyond. At Designdev I ran several projects at once, allocated people across them and kept track of the financial forecast that came out of it. After that I worked as a scrum master at userUP and Applifting, with international clients, running scrum ceremonies and helping with discovery.

At Etnetera Core I am responsible for a project from start to finish, money included: estimates, offers, purchase orders, milestones and billing. I often work in setups where several suppliers share one backlog and one release train. I do my own project work with coding agents.

I studied humanities at Charles University and, before that, social and legal work at SOŠS sv. Zdislavy. Czech is my native language, I work fluently in English and I have basic German.
